This is where we talk about things other than grilling such as work, family, relationships, life in general.. almost anything but I would rather we not discuss politics or religion as these subjects tend to get folks riled up and bring out the worst in all of us.
Got an idea that would make this forum better or perhaps you think we need a new category or forum created... this is how you let us know about that. We obviously can't do everything that is suggested but we do promise to read them and give it thought.

Whether it's beef, chicken or pork, there is not doubt that searing meat is a well accepted method of locking in the flavor and the juices using high heat.
Grilling with charcoal is not as popular as it used to be but it is still a great way to grill and yields very tasty results.
Grilling with gas such as propane or natural gas is extremely convenient and when paired with flavor woods, yields excellent flavors.
Steaks, tri-tip, beef kabobs, filet mignon, brisket, etc.
Chops, ribs, CSR's, pork steaks, etc.
Lively discussions about grilling chicken, turkey, duck, etc. whether whole, in pieces or in egg form.
Grilling fish is not difficult and can be a great way to eat salmon, tuna, trout and even freshwater fish like perch and crappy.
Discussions surrounding the grilling of lobster, shrimp, clams, shark steaks, etc..
Grilling fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, bananas and almost anything imaginable that falls into this group.
This is where talk about grilling deer, wild boar, bear, rabbit, and even muskrat if you're so inclined.
Side dishes that you make to go along with your grilled goodness.
Recipes and other discussion about adding rubs, seasoning, marinades and even sauces to meat and vegetables to pump up the flavor.
Items that you deep fry to go along with your grilled goodness.
What do you like or dislike about various types, brands and models of grills?
Review tools used in grilling such as knives, food racks and holders, gloves, special add-on grates, etc.
There are lots of books and videos on grilling meat so which ones "cut the mustard" and which ones don't? Give us your opinion and why here.
