More like Howdy! Just checking in here. Most know me from SMF as dirtsailor2003. During the summer I grill on my Smokey Joe Silvers. During the winter its primarily the Charbroil Tru-infrared. Smoke year round using numerous different smokers. Stir fry and deep fry on my Discada. Also rotisserie over open pit or in the Minitisserie or the 18.5" WSM with Cajun bandit rotisserie kit. We dutch oven cook. Also cook a lot using our rocket stoves.
