Got home from work last night and the wife wanted me to grill chicken thighs. Warmed up the Charbroil Red and off we went. Coated them in EVOO and a spice rub(If I had the time I would of put them in a brine for a bit). Slapped them on the grill skin side down for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I flipped and applied the first coat of BBQ sauce Then flipped again 10 minutes later. Skin side is down again. Kept it there for about 10 more minutes then back over to bone side down. Here they are with the last coat of sauce. They are just finishing up here. Also put some texas toast on at this time. Here they are resting from the grill And Dinner is served. Love this meal. This is a very simple quick meal. Thanks for looking
