Grilled Turkey for Thanksgiving.

    So originally I had planned on smoking the birds. Got up at 4am to get them started. Noticed the flame in the smoker wasn't very big. DAMNIT regulator is going out. Tried multiple tanks that I knew were good. Other(smaller smoker) was going fine but it had my neighbors bird in it. No problem get the Infrared grill out.

    Turned 1 burner on and it held at about 275 the whole time. I also put pellets in there from http://www.amazenproducts.com/. Put it right on the Infrared deflector. Smoked nicely.

    About a hour before dinner I cranked it up to about 400 to finish. They turned out better than I expected. Nice and crisp skin and juicy bird.

    Everyone loved them so I say it was a success. I def will grill one again.

    Nice doo on the birds Brian..... Crispy skin is good eats.....
