Hoisin-apricot chicken breast

    The chicken turned out juicy, I brined 3 breasts for 4 hours. Then marinated them in a hoisin sauce, apricot preserves and pineapple rub mixture. Finally, they were glazed with a hoisin/apricot/canola oil finishing sauce.
