The discada is my favorite smash burger maker. Here's a double smash with cheese and sautéed onions.

My Sous chef sautéed the onions and toasted buns. (he wanted hot dogs and not smash burger.)

Burger patty #1. Only takes a minute or two to sear a patty on the Disc.

Patty #1 on the side waiting for patty #2.

I'll be looking for your post!

It's a great way to do quick sears. Slide what's done off to the side to keep warm. Toast buns on the outer edges.

The Disc is one of my favorite outdoor cooking tools!

If I can get/make a discada, my intent for a heat source is the SRG - I currently use a cast iron wok, but the sides are too steep for how I like to cook

Look in the farm country scrap yards. There has to be plow discs there too.

    What's an SRG?

I'll definitely put the feelers out.

SRG is an infrared oil-less turkey fryer as their promotion goes. Smoke, Roast, Grill. A gas driven unit that is outstanding for poultry and especially for me, pork butt. This is an image of using the unit with the wok, but I think the discada would be much better.

This is an example of pork butt
